Boyfriend and I at the airport the day he left to go back to Afghanistan after r&r.
Met him four years ago at school while I was walking around my school with a free hugs sign. Little 14 year old, lol.
We dated for only a week but remained best friends for all four years. We were always attracted to each other. After he joined the Army, we kinda grew distant but he always made time to visit me when he was home.
We always cuddled when he was home.
Now, four years later, while he was in Afghanistan, he asked me to be his girlfriend via Skype.
I would never pass up the chance to be with him again.
We’ve been dating two months on the 8th.
Not long. But dating my best friend has made me fall so hard for him. I’ll see him in roughly 8 months. (We don’t know when he is coming home exactly.)
I can’t wait to see him.
He’s my best friend and boyfriend. Nothing beats that. (:
